Dr. Mary Fuller, Co-founder and Director of the Ohio Writing Project, develops and teaches workshops, supervises teacher development and academic curriculum, and oversees all aspects of the program.

Monica Fisher, OWP Coordinator, has worked with the OWP since 1985. She organizes OWP's multi-faceted student assessment services and summer workshops.

Linda Tatman, Assistant Director, joined the Project as an associate in 1989 and OWP's office staff in 2003. She is the MAT advisor and works with teachers of high school students in the MAT program.

Beth Rimer, Assistant Director, joined the Project as an associate in 1997 and OWP's office staff in 2003. She coordinates district inservices and works with teachers of middle school students in the MAT program.

Jean McLear, Assistant Director, joined the Project as an associate in 1984 and OWP's office staff in 2003. She leads our work with the Ohio Department of Education's Academic Content Standards, testing, and initiatives.

Cassandra Thompson, Program Assistant, joined the program in 2004. She provides clerical support for the Ohio Writing Project.

Betsy Woods joined OWP as an associate in 2001 and was appointed Technical Liason in 2007. She serves as editor of the OWP E-zine.
