Option 2. Poster Presentation Registration

All posters on display from 1:30 - 4:30 PM
Poster setup time, 11:30 AM through 1:30 PM
1:30 - 3:00, Session A presenters at posters
3:00 - 4:30, Session B presenters at posters
Poster takedown time from 4:30 - 5:00 PM

Detailed instructions for poster presenters and your assigned presentation time will be sent via e-mail the second week in March. View pictures of previous poster sessions. View poster board dimensions.

Step 1.

Fill in the form below. MAKE SURE to press the Submit button at the bottom of the page to finalize your application. After pressing submit, you will be directed to the registered students page.

Step 2.

On the registered students page verify your information. If your name is not listed, your record was not captured by the online database.

Repeat the registration process and make sure to click the submit form button on the bottom of the registration page. If you have any problems with website or registration forms, send an e-mail to ura@muohio.edu or contact: Martha Weber OARS 529-3600.

Individual students may only register for one poster presentation (as the primary presenter), so that as many students as possible have an opportunity to participate. Students may present a poster as an individual or as a group member.
