Welcome Tricia Callahan, Assistant Director

The Office for the Advancement of Research and Scholarship welcomes our new Assistant Director, Ms. Tricia Callahan who comes to us with a 10-year background in research administration and teaching from Western Kentucky University.

Tricia began her career in research administration at the University of Louisville where she earned her Master of Arts degree in Experimental Psychology. Tricia is a Miami University (MU) alumna who received her Bachelor of Arts in the MU Department of Psychology.

Tricia is actively involved with the research administration profession and has given numerous presentations at meetings of the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA), the Society for Research Administrators International (SRA), and the Grants Resource Center (GRC).

Tricia will be working with faculty and staff in the following units on identifying funding sources, proposal and budget development, and proposal submission:
