Proposal Development and Submission

January 1, 2008 The OARS office makes major change to the Proposal Approval Form (PAF)

Specifically under the compliance category, the University has added a required paragraph for principal investigators to officially declare the following:
1. By signing on page 2, the principal investigator(s) make(s) the following declaration:
“ I am not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from current transactions by a federal department or agency.”
