Search Pivot-COS Database

RefWorks-COS, a business unit of ProQuest, LLC, provides an entire suite of tools and services designed to facilitate discovery and research from start to finish. Within, Pivot-COS offers a large database of available funding opportunities in the arts, commerce and industry, education, humanities, health, and science areas. OARS provides Web access to this database to all Miami University faculty, staff and students under a site-license agreement with COS. Web access requires connection via a computer in the Miami University domain.

Pivot-COS Profile Database and Funding Opportunity ALERT System

Pivot-COS maintains a large database of first-person researcher profiles. The database is used by faculty at Miami and at other Universities to locate collaborators, federal and private agencies seeking reviewers, and corporations seeking research expertise and consultants. Miami University faculty and staff may add and update their research interest profiles in this database. Also, once you have entered information about your research interests, you may request that new notices of funding opportunities be automatically e-mailed to you. Web access requires connection via a computer in the Miami University domain.
