Prepare and submit the signed original application to the Office for the Advancement of Research and Scholarship (OARS), 102 Roudebush Hall and send one copy of your total application in either one word document or one PDF file to: humansubjects@muohio.edu. Number all pages of the application.

When submitting revisions of an approved protocol or continuing applications, send just the original signed application to OARS, 102 Roudebush Hall, do not send the application to the email address above.

All International Research IRB projects MUST be submitted six weeks prior to the start of your project.
