Our 3rd Annual Hike-A-Thon takes place on October 10th, 2009, in the Miami University Natural Areas. These lands include 15 miles of hiking trails in over 1000 acres. They are filled with awe and wonder.

Saturday, October 10, 2009 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The hike is open to all members of the University and the general public and friendly dogs on leash.

There is no charge and first time hikers will be given a "Take a Hike" tee shirt.

Start time: Anytime between 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Finish time: by 5:00 PM

There will be a 1 mile walk for children; 3 mile Walkers Hikes and 5 mile Hikers Hikes.

Meet at Miami University Natural Areas parking lot off of Rte. 73 just east of the stables and adjacent to the soccer fields.

Trails are dirt with a variety of hills and valleys.
