Students in the fall 2002 Master of Technical and Scientific Communication (MTSC) class researched and wrote, as a collaborative class project, Usability Testing: Developing Useful and Usable Products; another master’s student edited it before it went "live" in October, 2004.
The document is intended to provide a thorough introduction to usability for students and professionals who are interested in learning more about this vital area of technical and scientific communication.
