The Molecular Microspectroscopy Laboratory is a distinct unit of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Miami University. Established in January 1985, the facility provides state-of-the-art molecular microspectroscopy instrumentation for joint ventures between the University and other scientific laboratories. Its purposes are to further develop the field of molecular microspectroscopy through basic and applied research, to provide opportunities for education in the field, and to serve the scientific and business communities. We welcome contact with those who feel they may benefit from the use of the facility. The MML is intended both as a service and research laboratory.
