The final phase of the system development life cycle is production deployment. Once an application has been tested and accepted by the client, the developer will prepare the application for its production state. A Installation Checklist has been created to assist the developer in preparing an application for production deployment.

Applications being deployed in the Banner production environment require that a 'work request' be submitted to the ISS Data Administration staff in order to promote the Harvest package to the 'Production' state of Harvest.

The production state varies from application to application. Refer to the following standards for the appropriate production deployment method.

• EM (Not started)
