1/12/06	Support Desk	Wireless service within Culler Hall is not functioning	Closed	1/13/2006	MU-WIRELESS-LITE service within Culler Hall was not working.  802.1x (encrypted service) was operational.  After hours of troubleshooting and collecting information, we discovered that the sub-interfaces within the configurations of 10 APs were missing the "bridge-group data"   This portion of the config was replaced to restore service.
12/2/05	Remedy	Poor signal in room 274 Bachelor Hall	Closed	12/13/2005	Poor signal was determined.  Added AP in comm room 160 to correct.  Signal strength now -52 dB.
11/18/05	Remedy	Clients report loss of connectivity in/near room 80 of Pearson Hall.	closed	12/13/2005	Appointment made with Larry Downes to meet in Pearson Hall.  Mark and Mike kept appointment, Larry did not.  We tested the rooms in question, (78, 82, 81, 74, 76, labs) and found no connectivity loss. (signal was never < -45dB) We stayed for approximately 20 minutes running bandwidth tests without losing connectivity.  Unable to duplicate problem.  Gave clients my contact info and asked them to call Me (Michael) when the problem returned.

Closed	10/14/2005	Discovered Perfigo configuration error.  Opened port 67 and 68 (UDP) to restore service throughout the King Library and Campus wide.  Most users were not encountering problem.  But because of the number of wireless users involved with Library service, the error was more prominent.
