Network Services Enterprise (NSE) — Phone Line Disconnect Request

These services are offered by Miami University Network Services Enterprise in cooperation with Verizon.

Support Information:

Service Disconnection:  This will disconnect all services at this line, including voice mail and any additional features.  Any roommates on the line will also be disconnected.  Express dial tone will be placed in service, allowing 911 calls and service requests only.

Plus Number:  This number is issued by Miami University for record keeping. You can find your Miami University Plus number on the "Telephone Charges" statements we send, or on your Bursar statement.
