Network Services Enterprise (NSE) — On-line Ordering Forms

Prevent confusion and unnecessary charges! Use the following forms to submit service changes to your off-campus service:

Telephone Line Request - Lineholder Telephone Line Disconnect		Road Runner Application -Modemholder Road Runner Disconnect
To update your service, use the Change of Service form.

Please note: All lineholders and roommates with voicemail and all modem holders must submit a Change of Service form at the end of the school year to avoid unwanted service interruptions or extra charges.
