About TechTalk

TechTalk is Miami's information technology newsletter. It is produced by IT Services 4 times per academic year in both online and print versions.

  • The online version is publicly available at http://www.muohio.edu/techtalk. The intended audience is all students, faculty, and staff.
  • The faculty/staff print version contains a subset of the articles available in the online version thought to be of greatest interest to faculty and staff. It is currently distributed via campus mail to faculty, unclassified staff and SATSS classified staff.
  • The student newsprint version contains a subset of the articles available in the online version thought to be of greatest interest to students. It is currently distributed via campus mail to students living on-campus. Copies are also available in a number of public locations including King Library, Shriver Center, 3rd Floor Gaskill, etc.

Contributing to TechTalk

IT Services staff, and faculty and and staff outside IT Services, are encouraged to contribute articles on technology at Miami that are thought to have broad relevance to students, faculty, and staff. If you'd like to contribute an article, please complete the article suggestion form at least 3 weeks prior to the next publication date. Articles are due one week prior to the publication date and can be submitted using the article submission form.
