New Modules/Features Added to myMiami

Recently, a number of new modules and enhancements were added to the myMiami system.

  • Dining Hall Menus - See what’s being served today at each of the Dining Halls on campus.  You can view the nutritional information for most of the items from within the module.

  • Miami Weather - Previously, separate weather modules were available for each campus.  These have now been combined into a single module with a drop-down list of the campus to view.

  • Miami Student Headlines - Lets you view the latest news from the Miami Student newspaper.

  • Redhawks Athletics Headlines - Lets you view the latest news concerning the Miami Redhawks teams.

  • Redhawks Athletics Schedule/Results - View the results of completed Miami Redhawks Sporting events and a schedule of upcoming events.  This module also provides convenient access to the Gametracker feature which allows you to follow the progress of a current event or see statistics from previous events.

  • Miami Job Listings - View recent Miami job listings for Staff and Faculty positions.

  • Leave Reporting - Provides convenient access to your sick leave and vacation balances for university employees as well as convenient access to report sick and vacation days taken.

For a limited time, the new modules can be previewed in the New Modules tab within myMiami.  If you find any of these modules useful, click on the “Modify Content” button within your My Tab to add them to that tab.  Some modules are also available from other areas of myMiami (such as the Employee tab).

IT Services is currently working on additional enhancements to myMiami.  If you have suggestions for future enhancements, please let us know by submitting feedback through the News and Events tab.  This feedback is extremely valuable in determining the future development of myMiami.
