Miami University: Survey Tools
The Checkbox survey tool provides the ability to create online surveys using either a Windows or Macintosh computer. The Snap Surveys tool allows for the creation and deployment of both online and paper surveys and requires a Windows computer. Faculty and staff can use these tools to reduce the time/effort associated with conducting online and paper surveys.

Getting Started
Important Information
- Choose which survey tool you wish to use.
- Complete the required online 'Survey Tools & Data Protection' session.
- Request an account for the tool of your choice:
Read the "Before You Begin" section for important information relating to research guidelines and data protection when conducting surveys.
