The Support Desk is the central point of contact for technology questions at Miami University. We will be able to answer your questions on a wide variety of topics, such as problems with your accounts, e-mail, and use of on-line services such as myMiami and Blackboard. Solutions to many questions are detailed in the Miami University Knowledge Base and we encourage you to search there first for an answer to your questions. Problems that impact university offices and university services will be addressed as soon as received, as all students, faculty and staff are impacted when services are unavailable. Problems on individual computers and accounts will be addressed as follows:
