OHECC 2004 will be the first OHECC featuring presenters from universities
throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky in order to provide a rich
and varied conference program. By joining the ranks of presenters
for OHECC 2004, you’ll be a part of taking OHECC conferences
to the “next level”.
Here’s
what you can expect as a presenter at OHECC 2004...
What
we will provide:

smooth presentation experience facilitated by:
- An
Internet connection in the breakout room (available upon request).
- A Microsoft PowerPoint template for use
in creating your slide presentation.
-
A practice room if you want to try out your presentation on
site.
-
An introduction at the beginning of your presentation by a
member of the OHECC program committee.
-
A Presenter recognition certificate and gift.
-
An opportunity to win a $50 cash prize for the “Best
Presentation in Track”. (Will be awarded to the
best presentation in each track based on attendee evaluations).
Winning presentations will also be summarized in the post-conference
publication.
What
we will ask of you:
- Prepare a 35-40 minute presentation and allow
10-15 minutes for Q&A. (Sessions are scheduled to be 50 minutes.)
-
Prepare and bring 35 copies of handouts for attendees of your
session.

Provide an electronic copy of your presentation (and handouts
if they are not a copy of the presentation itself) for posting
on the conference web site after the conference.
