The curriculum listing for each level sets forth a basic
scheme for training that particular level of student
employee. A student would not necessarily need to complete
every skill set requirement to move to another level
if he or she had the basic requirements for that level.
Each department or division and their respective Technical
Service Representatives (TSRs) will set their own standards
for their student employees and they can recommend to
their students the levels of skills they require for
their open positions.
Students will have the opportunity to earn points for
acquiring demonstrable skills. Then, after a student
completes 50 points of training, the student would be
given a raise based on the point system values, job
evaluations, and supervisor approval.
