Format
a Report to Make it More Presentable
There are
times when you have a report that you need to give to someone else or
that you need to use in a presentation. You want this report to not only
look nice but to have certain information stand out. Enclosed are two
examples of reports. The first report uses HTML formatting and no special
features. The second report shows the same information as the first report
in a more presentable way.
The first
step would be to go to the Report Assistant and choose the fields that
you want on your report and the fields that you wish to sort by. Run your
report to be sure you are getting the information that you want. Save
the report.
