Miami's Mac OS Apple Maintenance Program (AMP) agreement with Apple

The Apple Maintenance Program (AMP) is a get-current, stay-current Mac OS maintenance program.

Miami signed a three year AMP contract with Apple to allow departments/divisons to upgrade to the latest release of the Mac OS for a nominal fee. The most significant change with the AMP program is that Miami will no longer be allowed to duplicate media. Therefore all software may be purchased through the bookstore.

There is also a provision for upgrading home computers for faculty/staff.
