The conference room located at 309 Hoyt can only be reserved by IT Services staff for meetings to include both internal and external staff members.

The room will seat 16 people comfortably. It is equipped with a network connection and a projection screen.

IT Services staff members can reserve the room for meetings via Meeting Maker and inviting "HYT309 Conference ... MCS" as a guest.
