The conference room located at 111 Hoyt can only be reserved by IT Services staff for internal meetings. This room is located within a secured area of Hoyt Hall and is for the exclusive use of IT Services staff.

The room will seat 12 people comfortably. It is equipped with both video and network connections and a projection screen.

IT Services staff members can reserve the room for internal meetings via Meeting Maker and inviting "HYT111 Conference ... MCS" as a guest.
