The IT
Services Support Desk is able to offer assistance
with Microsoft products listed on Miami's Supported
Software page.

Note: Due to the very low prices available
under the terms of the Miami Microsoft contract, Microsoft
is unable to offer free phone support for these licenses.
There are, however, extensive online support resources
available; the primary online resources are noted below.
e-academy Help
If you have questions or issues with logging into the e-academy web site, call Miami's IT Services Support Desk at 513-529-7900. Once you are logged into the e-academy's web site, support for issues such as eligibility to purchase specific products, shipping, installation keys or damaged media will be the responsibility of e-academy.
To contact e-academy support, go to e-academy and select 'Support'. On the support page, you will find faq's, support documents and a link to send e-mail the e-academy's support team. You may also call 1-888-396-1447 Monday - Friday 9 am. to 5 pm Eastern time to speak to a support representative.
