A "Classroom," located in 201 Gaskill Hall, has been funded, designed and reserved for student use. When not in use by student groups, this site becomes an overflow lab to supplement the general lab of 16 computers available in 200 Gaskill. This classroom facility may be reserved for brief seminars and instruction by students. Perhaps your PowerPoint presentation could be viewed here for your group or class? Or feel free to train your peers on a software package.

The Classroom is equipped with 21 networked IBM/Lenovo M57 computers, complete with a high-end ATI-Radeon 2600 video cards (for Second Life) and DVD-ROM drives. The instructor's station is connected to an overhead projector. A white board and markers are also available for your use.

To view the IT Services, GAS 201 calendar in Outlook, open your own Calendar.  Beneath your calendar (My Calendars) and those you use (called People's Calendars), click Open a Shared Calendar.  Click on Name and search, typing  "IT" under Name Only.  Be sure to use the Global Address List under the Address Book choices.  You will see the full calendar for GAS 201 under this heading.  Click Week or Month to see full schedules.  Contact Gail or Tom below to confirm your request.
