Video Playback

Faculty can request scheduled playback of educational video materials (VHS format) on the MUnet video system. Playbacks can be scheduled to run any time of the day or week on any of ten MUnet video channels (subject to availability). All playback materials can be viewed by anyone connected to the MUnet video system. Arrangements must be made and materials delivered to 130 Gaskill Hall at least 24 hours in advance of the desired playback time. Videos must be verified as legal copies before being scheduled for playback. Services to convert VHS tapes from PAL or SECAM (European formats) to NTSC (U.S.A. format) and vice versa are available. Contact AV/Technology Services at 529-6015 to make arrangements for conversion and/or playback.
