Computer and Peripheral Repair
IT Services contracts with a third-party
computer repair company to offer break /
fix service and maintenance for University-owned
computer equipment. Warranty and non-warranty
repair can be performed on most major brand
name equipment. Requests for these services
are processed through the IT Services Support
Desk at 529-7900. On-site or carry-in service
is available.
These services are also available for select
brands of privately-owned computer equipment
belonging to faculty, staff and students,
however this service is offered on a charge
basis (except warranty items). Requests
for service should be processed through
the IT Services Support Desk at 529-7900.
Payment for repair services will be arranged
by the third-party repair company representative.
