Project Documentation

The Information Technology Strategic Planning Project for Miami University is being managed using project management processes. Following are links to the various project management documentation for this project.

Project Scope Document outlines the scope of the project and the specific deliverables expected.
Project Organization Diagram provides an overview of the governance structure, teams, and constituent groups involved in the project.
Strategic Planning Process timeline outlining the continous strategic planning process.
Steering Team Charter outlines the specific objectives of the Steering Team during the project.
Core Team Charter outlines the specific objectives of the Core Team during the project.
High-Level Project Plan illustrates the key milestones for the project.
Detailed Project Plan lists the detailed steps involved in the project and their time frames and completion dates.
Kick-off Presentation provides an overview of the project and was used during the kick-off of the project with both the Steering and Core Teams.
Critical Issues includes a list of the major tasks, risks, questions, and assumptions as outlined by the Core Team. Throughout the project, we are reviewing the critical issues to ensure that we are aware of the critical issues surrounding the project.
