Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is
an online resource that allows people to find their own
solutions to common problems. Support staff enter questions
and answers, problems and solutions, and general information
into the Knowledge Base. The information is then searchable
via a variety of methods.
Support Desk
The Support Desk is the central point of contact
for technology-related questions at Miami University;
assistance is provided by seven full-time staff members
and 20 part-time students. The Support Desk provides
phone, e-mail and walk-in assistance for a broad range
of desktop, network and server-based software.
