Helaine Alessio, Professor of Kinesiology and Health, gave her class the opportunity to visit the Museum and learn about Miami History. Students were asked to think about how physical activity was a part of everyday life for students of Old Miami in the 19th century and how McGuffey influenced the School of Education at Miami University as well as in the United States.
