Registration Information
Payment
Payment of Lilly Conference fees can be made in one or more of the following ways:
- Credit Card
- Institutional check
- Personal check
Please note: If you are unable to attend, someone else may attend in your stead. Otherwise the refund policy is as follows:
- By September 30, refund 100% minus $50 cancellation fee
- Between October 1 and October 31, refund 75% of conference fees or conference fees minus $100 whichever is less
- After October 31, refund 0%
All refunds will be processed in December.
Registration Options:
Graduate students and retirees will receive a 25% discount off all conference fees, including workshops, meals, and lodging.
Thursday Pre-Conference Workshops Option
You may sign up for a Thursday pre-conference workshop regardless of whether you are attending the full conference.
This option includes:
- One of the following Thursday pre-conference workshops:
- Workshops to be announced
- Workshop materials
- Thursday lunch (for full-day workshops only) at the Marcum Conference Center
This option does not include:
- Registration for the rest of the Lilly Conference (Thursday evening-Sunday)
- Lodging or other meals
- Meals for half-day workshops
- The conference program book
- Thursday evening conference activities
Conference Registration
Early Bird Registration: If your registration is received by October 1, you will receive a $45.00 discount.
The registration fee includes:
- Registration fee for the conference
- Conference program book
- Receptions, break refreshments, and parties
- Continental breakfast in the lobby on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
The registration fee does not include:
- Lodging (to make your own arrangements, click here to see area lodging options)
- Thursday pre-conference workshops
- Lunch and dinner (meals at the Marcum Conference Center or the Miami Inn for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday may be purchased separately in advance)
If you are only attending a Thursday pre-conference workshop, you do not need to register for the entire conference.
Full Accommodation: Friday-Sunday Meals and Lodging
Package Option
This option includes:
- 7 Meals at the Conference Center or Inn dining rooms: Friday lunch through Sunday lunch, including full breakfast on Saturday and Sunday
- Lodging for Friday and Saturday nights at one of the 5 participating hotels. We will arrange lodging for you.
Because space is limited, we will make lodging reservations for you. Lodging will be provided at one of the following: Baymont Inn & Suites, Best Western, Hampton Inn, or Miami Inn. We will attempt to satisfy your preferences for lodging, but space is limited. You can chose either a single room, or room with another conference attendee at a lower rate.
Those not choosing to purchase the full accommodation package have the option of purchasing meals at the restaurants on Miami's campus or in uptown Oxford. Please keep in mind that you will not be able to sign-up for Conference Center meals once you arrive.
This option does not include:
- Wednesday or Thursday lodging
- Thursday pre-conference workshops
- Thursday meals
- Full Friday breakfast
These can all be added for an additional fee
Thursday Arrival Supplement Option
There are pre-conference workshops on Thursday, and the conference opening plenary is Thursday evening. This supplement includes the Thursday dinner, lodging, and full breakfast on Friday. If you are attending a Thursday full-day workshop or having Thursday lunch at the Conference Center, you must request these separately. See Thursday Pre-Conference Workshops Option below for more information.
Wednesday Arrival Supplement Option
The Wednesday arrival supplement includes lodging for Wednesday night and a continental breakfast on Thursday. No other meals are included.
