Conference fees have not increased from 2004 to 2005.

Payment of Lilly Conference fees can be made in one or more of the following ways:

Please note that all payments are non-refundable. If you have already paid, and then are unable to attend the conference this year, you may either designate someone to attend in your place, or you may instruct us to carry your payment forward to use toward next year's conference.

Registration Plan Options

There are three registration plans. Plans one and two include the conference program book and hospitality amenities: receptions, refreshments, and parties. Plan three includes a full-day preconference-only workshop and luncheon on Thursday, November 21st. Participants choosing either the First or Second Plan may also register for the Thursday All-Day Workshops.

FIRST PLAN:

3-DAY CONFERENCE PACKAGE

Early Bird Registration: If your registration is received before October 1, you will recieve a $40.00 discount.

This plan includes:

Lodging selections include: Amerihost, Best Western, Hampton Inn, Marcum Center, and Miami Inn. The Amerihost, Best Western, and Hampton Inn are a 5-minute drive from the Conference Center, have indoor swimming pools, and are within walking distance (4 blocks) of uptown Oxford and area restaurants. Conference guests and families also can use recreational facilities and visit museums at Miami.

Those traveling by plane and using the conference airport shuttle service will be housed at either the Marcum Conference Center or the Maimi Inn (one block from the Conference Center). The shuttle service will pick up and return to the Cincinnati airport only.

To be in walking distance, lodging preference will be given to those requesting the airport shuttle transportation.

You cannot make your own lodging arrangements at the Marcum Conference Center, Amerihost, Best Western, Hampton Inn, or Miami Inn. Since lodging and meeting space are limited, reservations will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Private room occupancy per person: $785
Shared room occupancy per person: $585
Shared room occupancy with spouse: $985 (spouse attending and eating meals with the conference)
$785 (spouse not attending nor eating meals with the conference)

THURSDAY ARRIVAL SUPPLEMENT FOR THE FIRST PLAN

There are pre-conference workshops on Thursday, and the conference opening plenary is Thursday evening. This supplement includes Thursday reception, dinner, party, lodging, and full breakfast Friday. This is in addition to the First Plan choices. If you are attending a Thursday full-day workshop and having lunch, you must add the THIRD Plan.

WEDNESDAY ARRIVAL SUPPLEMENT FOR THE FIRST PLAN

The Wednesday arrival supplement includes only lodging for Wednesday night and a continental breakfast on Thursday. Other meals are not included. 

Single or Double room occupancy, per registrant: $95

TRANSPORTATION:
Conference Center Shuttle Service

A shuttle service is available from Cincinnati Airport (CVG) to the conference. 

One-way transport, per registrant: $55
