This nationally recognized Pharmacy Technician online course and training program teaches the skills needed to gain employment as a Pharmacy Tech in either the hospital or retail setting.

Administrative Medical Specialist with Medical Billing and Coding
Learn about medical office operations, with an emphasis on billing and coding, processing insurance forms, and using medical software. This program provides training on medical billing software as well as preparation for the Certified Coding Associate (CCA) national certification exam.

Six Sigma Black Belt

Our instructor-facilitated online professionall development courses are informative, convenient, and highly interactive.

Each six-week course offers 12 lessons with a lesson released on Wednesday and Friday of each week. A final exam will be released at the end of the six weeks. You must pass the final exam with a minimum of 65% to receive a certificate of completion.

Go to www.ed2go.com/muohio

Under the Courses link view the various courses available.

Choose your course and click ‘Enroll Now.’

Choose the month you want to participate, then click continue.

If you are a returning student to the online instruction center enter your email address and password.

If you are a new student, choose ‘Create Account’

Then click either ‘Purchase Course’ or ‘Already Paid’ to complete registration.

Payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) and check.

Miami University faculty and staff: Department transfers or payroll deduction is also an option. Please call the Lifelong Learning office at 513-529-8600 to make payment.

Once registration is complete, proceed through orientation following instructions in the confirmation email you will receive.

On the section start date go to www.ed2go.com/muohio click on the ‘Classroom’ tab at the top and log into the system to begin your class.

Important: Our assessment of performance to qualify for the Letter of Completion will rely exclusively on your final exam score. In order to obtain the highest possible score on the final exam, we strongly recommend that you make sure you have taken and passed every quiz. We also recommend that you print and review a copy of the final exam before you actually take the exam. Please review your selections on the final exam before submitting. You may only submit your answers once. A 65% or higher score on the final exam on the first try is required to be able to obtain a certificate of completion.
