Dee Dee Myers, former Press Secretary for President Clinton, was the first woman and the youngest person
ever to hold that position. As a member of the president’s inner circle, Myers participated in a wide range
of events and initiatives, from the signing of the monumental Mid-East peace accords, to the passage of the
president’s first budget.
Before joining the Clinton campaign in 1991, Myers worked on a variety of local, state, and national campaigns.
She served as press secretary for California governor Dianne Feinstein in her 1990 bid for governor, and worked
on the presidential campaigns of Governor Michael Dukakis and Vice President Walter Mondale. After leaving
the White House, Myers filled the liberal chair on the CNBC talk show “Equal Time,” discussing daily political
developments.
Myers, a political analyst and commentator, runs her own business and is also a contributing editor to Vanity
Fair magazine, a regular guest on the Today Show and other programs, and a lecturer on politics, current
events, and women’s issues. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two children.
Former senior presidential adviser and White House Press Secretary for President Bush, Scott McClellan has
broad experience in government, politics and communications. Before joining the White House staff, Mr. McClellan was the traveling press secretary for the Bush-Cheney 2000
presidential campaign.
A savvy political analyst and knowledgeable authority on the media, Mr. McClellan has been a guest on a variety of television shows, including The Tonight Show, Larry King
Live, The Daily Show and The O’Reilly Factor
Currently McClellan is the Senior Vice President for Corporate and Government Affairs at HHB Inc., a leading global consulting and technology firm for project and purchase
compliance and is also writing a political memoir to be published in spring of 2008. He and his wife reside in Arlington, VA.
