Transferring Out of Miami University
(For international students only)
If you will be transferring to another University, please click the link below, print out the Transfer Out Form and complete. Only fill out this form if you are 100% sure about the University in which you wish to transfer. Once the transfer form is completed, return it and a copy of the admission letter to your new school to Molly Heidemann, 216 MacMillan Hall or by fax to 513-529-7383. She will electronically transfer your SEVIS record to the new school. If you have questions, contact Molly Heidemann.
