Transferring Out of Miami University

If you will be transferring to another University, you must make this request online at https://ioffice.muohio.edu. Only fill out this form if you are 100% sure about the University to which you plan to transfer. Once approved, OIE will electronically transfer your SEVIS record to the new school.
