Fit Track

Assessing your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and strength periodically is a beneficial way to track your fitness and health over time. Once you know your numbers, you can compare them to recommended fitness guidelines to identify the areas you are strong in and others you may want to improve. Then, you can tailor your exercise program to help maintain or enhance your fitness.

Click below to print the following documents that will lead you through how to test, track, and assess your fitness. Equipment and staff to assist with these assessments are available in the Phillips Hall Fitness Room during employee hours.
