Admission information
Formal application for admission to the graduate program consists of: 1) a completed application form which can be found at www.miami.muohio.edu/graduate, 2) two official transcripts of all undergraduate course work, 3) the application fee, 4) a statement of purpose outlining your academic interests, professional goals, and reasons for selecting Miami as a graduate program; and 5) three letters of recommendation. We also encourage you to submit verbal and quantitative scores for the Graduate Record Exam. Please send items 1, 2 and 3 directly to the Graduate School and everything else directly to us.
The deadline for applying for admission to the graduate program and financial aid is February 1. Should you decide to apply for admission or both admission and an assistantship, please submit the letter outlining your academic interests and professional goals as soon as possible.
