Requesting an Audition

The audition should be arranged for in advance by receiving the Audition Questionnaire/Scholarship Application (AQSA), filling it out and returning it to the Department of Music. This form also acts as your official application for fluteplayeradmission to the department as a music major or minor. Three letters of recommendation are required to complete the application.
