Rooms are being held at the Marcum Conference Center and the Miami Inn until June 1. Rates are $94.50 per night, single or double, and are not included in the registration fee. Please complete the registration form to reserve one of these rooms. You cannot do this through the Conference Center since the number of available rooms will be exceeded by the number of participants. We suggest you reserve early. Or you can make your reservations at any of these local establishments, including campsites, cabins, or the lodge at nearby Hueston Woods State Park.
The Marcum Conference Center is conveniently located within one hour's driving distance of the Dayton and the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky international airports. (Driving directions for the tri-state area are provided.) Or you may arrange to have the Marcum shuttle transport you to and from the Cincinnati airport ($95), or just one way ($55). A more economical approach may be to rent a car.
Meal times are an important part of the conference experience. All meals, plus coffee breaks and receptions, are included in the registration fee. If you have any special meal requirements, you can specify them on the registration form.
You are welcome to bring a guest who will not be attending Conference or Institute sessions. If space is available at a meal, your guest may purchase a ticket.
