- Sights on Campus

- Kumler Chapel, situated on what is currently known as the "Western" campus, was completed in 1918, adapted from a Romanesque church in France. Its stained glass windows depict women of the Bible and Western College women. The Freedom Summer Memorial, built next to Kumler Chapel in 2000, is a tribute to three civil rights activists who were slain while on a campaign to register black voters in the south in 1964.
