Scholarly Interests:

Dr. Kuvalanka's general areas of research interest include family diversity, family policy, and feminist/queer theory and research methodology. Her main focus is on lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) families, with specific interest in the experiences and resilience of children with LGBT parents.
