The school psychology program at Miami University provides students the opportunity to attend conferences together, engage with children, and become trained in assessments that are becoming prominent tools in schools as they shift to a RtI model.  The activities listed below are just a few examples of things that students in the program participate in.  Along with these many students choose to get involved in additional programs that are available through the local school districts.

Assessment Trainings

DIBELS: used in schools to monitor the acquisition of early literacy skills in students

AIMSweb: used in schools for progress monitoring and benchmarking for students in both academics and behavior
