Bruce Perry began his professional career as a high school science teacher in Iowa where he taught physical science, physics and mathematics courses. His teaching duties now include middle childhood science methods, the department capstone on educational issues, and the graduate level research in education. His research interests include development of naive notions of science and levels of concern in pre-service and in-service teachers.
