Dantley gives keynote lecture

Michael Dantley, associate provost and professor of educational leadership, gave the keynote lecture on educational leadership and social justice for the National College for Leadership of Schools and Children's Services (NCLSCS) in London, England, Sept. 24. 



The NCLSCS is a governmental organization charged with overseeing the preparation and effectiveness of public school administrators throughout England. Nearly 500 policy makers, practitioners and professors attended the conference.

Dantley has been associate provost since July 2008. He taught at Miami 1986-1990 and returned in 1999. He teaches graduate courses in school administration, organizational leadership and change theories. He has served as the coordinator of the School Leadership Program, a master’s degree program for students pursuing the degree and licensure for the principalship, and as departmental representative to the Ohio Principals’ Entry Year Program.
