History of education, centering on the history of American teachers.

WHAT'S NEW?
Greetings. I am professor of Social Foundations of Education and Chair of the Department of Educational Leadership. My area of research is the history of education, centering on the history of American teachers. In my 15 years in the Department, I’ve become increasingly interested in educational administration, and I have just started a new research project on the history of school principals. I regularly teach a graduate seminar in the history of education, and have taught foundations of multicultural education, women and education, the history of higher education, and current issues and topics in education.
