Investigations: Building Computational Fluency
Investigations: Building Computational Fluency is a workshop designed specifically for K-5 mathematics teachers who have either a) attended the Investigations in the Classroom workshop and are using Investigations as their primary curriculum, or b) have been using Investigations as their primary curriculum for at least two years. In this follow-up workshop, participants will learn about the structural foundations of computational fluency, examine their own and their students' computational strategies, and use assessment to make instructional decisions that support the development of computational fluency.
