SAHE Ph.D Program Begins in August 2009
Miami University is pleased to offer a new Ph.D. program in Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) beginning in Fall 2009.
The program prepares student affairs professionals to create and sustain higher education programs and contexts that promote learning for all students. The program's primary focus is student affairs roles as they are enacted in the context of higher education.

Thank you for your interest in the Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) program. Our Master of Science and Ph.D. programs includes comprehensive curricula and a variety of practical experiences to fully prepare students for the student affairs profession.
The SAHE faculty and student affairs practitioners work cooperatively with students to design opportunities that allow for the pursuit of specific interest areas.
Learning is a communal act. We characterize the in-class and out-of-class environment of the program as a “community of scholars”—students and faculty collaborating to create, understand, and apply knowledge to help you develop a professional identity.
Graduates of our programs are well prepared for professional positions in higher education. We sincerely appreciate your interest in our programs and encourage you to continue to view our website for a more in-depth look at SAHE work at Miami University.
