Terry Hale is the owner of Hale Fire Glass, a working studio and boutique in the historic district of Madison, AL. After several years of jewelry making, she grew tired of poor quality beads that were available for purchase and began a search for better beads. Soon she discovered the world of handmade, artisan quality beads. Terry found a glass bead artist who mentored her in torch work and encouraged her to continue studying with some of the best bead makers in the country. Terry’s love of working with glass led her to end her “real world” job to open her own studio. Her work is on display in several galleries and she teaches at her studio as well as John C Campbell Folk School, NC and Appalachian Center for Craft, TN. Gallery
