Cancellations

If we cancel: All CraftSummer workshops are subject to cancellation due to insufficient enrollment. This decision is made 14 calendar days prior to the start date. It can occur sooner when there's clear indication that the rate of enrollment is not adequate to sustain the offering. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by our office. You may elect to convert the registration to another workshop or initiate the refund process.

If you cancel: Miami University has the following cancellation policy.

You must notify the CraftSummer office by 4:30 p.m. on the week day before your workshop begins in order to receive a full refund. No refunds will be made after the workshop begins.

If we are out of the office, please leave a voice mail or send an email that is time stamped by the appropriate time. (513/529-7395).

Many workshops have a waiting list and early notification allows us to fill the vacancy. Also, any change in registration status must be made by noon on the first day of class. Don't contact the Registrar; we'll do that for you.
