Ron Fetzer teaches COM 339 Organizational Communication, COM 439 Advanced Organizational Communication, COM 414 Senior Project in Communication, COM 417 Methods of Teaching Speech Communication. He teaches graduate courses COM 639 ORG COM: Diagnosis and Intervention, COM 650s Intercultural Communication, COM 619 Organizational Communication for MTSC masters program. His current research interests are in the use of mentor programs for organizational development.
